Returns & Exchanges

ERDEM is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your ERDEM account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the pre-paid return label is securely attached to the outside.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Arrange a complimentary courier pickup through our logistics partner or drop off your parcel at an authorized service point as indicated in your return instructions.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once your return is received at our London studio, our team will conduct a quality inspection and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
